Mid to longer-term support

 

Sometimes issues need longer-term support to resolve than a faster-paced, solutions focused coaching approach. Through our sessions I’ll tailor the best combination of therapies and form a plan to address key factors contributing to your concerns.

The goal is to help you feel better and achieve your goals - not to get you locked into sessions - and we’ll find the pace, focus and frequency that works best for you.

We can also problem solve concerns outside of your control to achieve the best possible outcomes.

In our sessions we may also look at how mental and physical health interact and impact each other. I have developed a wide network of valued partnerships to provide a holistic approach to your overall well-being. Individually tailored packages, based on your needs, can be designed on a per session counselling basis, or include an integrative mix of massage, exercise physiotherapy and/or hypnotherapy if you prefer.
